Production
Crew Recruitment and Management
- Assemble experienced, English-speaking crews, many with international shoot credits (Cold Mountain, Wednesday).
- Source additional talent from nearby European hubs (e.g., Budapest, Prague) if specialized roles are needed.
- Manage logistics: scheduling, overtime and transport to/from sets.
Studio and Set Construction
